From the Old Roswell Mill Collection. This is a superb gem example of this date. Needle sharp strike with excellent luster on both obverse and reverse. It displays a delightful even color mixture of mahogany and brown, atypical from the hoard pieces of the early 20th century that are commonly seen as spotty red and brown uncirculated coins. Virtually no marks as expected for a gem and exceptional eye appeal.
