This is a very acceptable example of this early type issue. One of America's first cents, this coin has dark brown surfaces with a touch of roughness, typical for the issue. A few light edge bumps keep this coin from a higher grade. In respect to detail, the coin resembles an example found in at least a VF holder. This is a good buy for the type collector.
