Plain edge, Judd-125. Awesome example of this pattern trime with lovely fields and a pleasing antiquated appearance. The strike is above average with only a touch of weakness seen on the cap and Roman numerals on the reverse. The obverse is reminiscent to the popular 1836 gold dollar pattern, an issue that would have been approximately the same size. Overall, a fine example with a lot of charm.
