This is one of the lowest mintage coins of this entire series with 900 pieces struck. In fact only 2 regular issue coins have a lower mintage. The 1881 with a 500 pieces struck and the 1885 with 801 pieces struck. In addition NGC has certified only 6 coins in this grade. This is a nice original coin with a deep golden color and good luster. Its surfaces are nice, and the eye appeal is very good.
