This coin is 20 times scarcer than a non prooflike coin. To date NGC has graded 614 regular MS63's and only 34 prooflikes in the same condition. Yet it is priced at only a little more money than the non PL coin. This coin has a white color (more creamy than bright), good luster, and clean surfaces. The prooflike surfaces give this coin an exceptional look.
