One of the scarcer dates from the popular New Orleans mint. Nicely struck with golden orange color. Its surfaces have no large marks. With a mintage of 110,000 pieces, this is a coin that is almost impossible to find in a higher grade. There are a total of 11 coins graded from MS63 to MS65 by NGC and only 4 by PCGS.
