This is a scarcer early $10 from the Philadelphia mint. It has a mintage of 75,462 pieces. NGC has graded only 22 coins in AU55, 9 AU58's, and 1 MS61, so this is a very high grade for this date. It has good details, some luster, and nice surfaces.
