HIGHEST GRADED by NGC with a pop of 6 and none graded higher!!!! Definitely a very rare coin that has appeared only a few times in auction. Brilliant blast white in color with glowing luster over unmarked and fabulous proof surfaces that have great "black and white" contrast. Excellent eye appeal and PQ for the grade.
