John B. Hamrick & Co. will be glad to conduct an appraisal of your coins for you, whether small or large. An appointment is required for this service. If your coins consist of items in which we are not interested, we will refer you to someone else.

For a verbal appraisal there is generally no charge. However, there could be an exception to this policy if the appraisal takes longer than a few minutes, and you decide not to sell your coins to us.
 

There is a charge for all written appraisals. The fee can rate from an hourly rate of $175.00 per hour for staff or $300.00 per hour for JBH to a percentage charge of the value of your coins depending upon the complexity of the appraisal.
