RARE COINS SALES AND PRICES CONTINUE TO INCREASE DUE TO UNPRECEDENTED DEMAND!!!!!
Morgan silver dollars and St. Gaudens $20's in the nation. There are many outstanding rarities in these offerings.
The last few coins shows we have attended, Long Beach and Baltimore, in particular have been very active and successful. Not only were we able to replenish our inventory with many desirable coins (by paying market value or even premium prices for really nice coins), but sales were very brisk also. The Rare Coin Market is alive and well, and prices are beginning to rise again in most areas.
In my opinion the rising price of gold (to a peak of over $1020 per oz.) has not affected rare coins prices very much so far, but it could certainly have an effect in the future if the price remains in the $900-$1000 level.
We are also very proud and pleased to announce the acquisition of the "Old Roswell Mill Collection." This is a spectacular collection of approximately 250 coins which contains many of America's great rarities, including 34 coins that are listed in Jeff Garrett's and Ron Guth's book, "100 Greatest U.S. Coins."
